Significant issues completing tasks

My X50 was working quite well for the past few months. No issue.
All sudden, the programmed cleaning couldn't be completed as usual.
The reason, obstacles preventing the robot to go to a room. Indeed, there's no obstacle
Other issue, the robot got stuck on a small carpet, cleaning it indefinitely, like trapped in an imaginary box.

I have indeed restarted the robot, cleaned the sensors, no improvement.

What should I do next?

Hello, have you selected the "All" area for cleaning? Could you please tell us the actual width of the area marked in the diagram? It would be even better if you could provide a picture of the actual environment at the marked area.

As for the carpet issue, you might have selected the "Intensive Carpet Cleaning" mode. With this mode, the robot cleans the carpet horizontally once and then vertically once. You can check and turn off this setting by following the steps below:

Top right corner three dots > Carpet Setting > Vacuum > Mop - Raise (More Setting) > Intensive Carpet Cleaning
