I have a A2 on the latest software update, which was working great. Suddenly it starts giving a LiDAR Malfunction, every time it tries to start. I checked the LiDAR and there are no scratches and no damage. The app sends me to problem solving where it wants to build an entirely new map, while the old one is still in the system. Please advise on how to solve this. Customer from Belgium.

1. Please check if the protective cover of the robot's laser radar is removed.
2. Please check if the robot's laser radar is blocked by foreign objects such as leaves.
3. Please check if there is any dirt on the robot's laser radar. Please use the provided dust-free cleaning cloth to clean it. Please make sure the laser radar is dry after cleaning.
4. If the problem still cannot be solved, please upload the log in the App and provide us with the SN number. We will contact the responsible team to check for you.
