L10S Ultra keeps Cleaning with Empty Water Tank

Hello, I have an issue with my robot. During floor cleaning, the pads are properly moistened at first. But at some point, the water tank runs empty and the device doesn’t return to the base to refill. It just keeps cleaning with dry pads. In the settings, I’ve set it to return to the base every 10 m².

Hello, the robot's internal water tank doesn't automatically detect the water level. The robot returns to the base station to clean the mop based on the area you set.

If the mop quickly stops getting wet, the water outlet on the bottom of the robot may be clogged. You can pierce it with a wire.
