Dust box auto empty not working

Hello,

We have a product L10 dream 11 robot. It works well fo vacuum and mob. But it is not emptying the dust box automatically in another bag that is inside.

What can be the problem?

Hello, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Please check the automatic emptying frequency in the self-cleaning settings. The robot will automatically collect dust according to the frequency you set.

2. Please check if the robot is set to Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. In DND mode, the base station will not perform automatic emptying tasks. Please go to "Robot Management," turn off DND mode, and try again.

3. Ensure the robot displays "Cleaning task completed" and returns to its charging station. If the battery is low and cannot be charged, or if it is disturbed during charging, it will not automatically collect dust.

4. After the cleaning task is completed, please manually tap the dust collection/automatic emptying button on the app to test if the dust collection function is effective.

1) If the dust collection/automatic emptying function can be activated but cannot empty the dust, please check if the dust collection box outlet is blocked by lint. Such lint is not easily sucked in and may hinder the operation of the fan. Please clean it manually. Additionally, we recommend increasing the cleaning frequency and the number of automatic emptying cycles to minimize dust accumulation.
