Mapping is correct but the robot exclude it

I have an issue with a carpet the has been recognised during the mapping but now the robot does not recognise it and even exclude it from cleaning.
It also tell me that the area does not exist when i ask to go clean the specific carpet.
Could you help?

We suggest you try deleting the carpet from the map and then manually adding it again to see if this resolves the issue.

If the robot still cannot clean the carpet properly, we recommend recreating a new map to see if it resolves the problem: click on the map icon in the app, turn on the multi-floor map option, and then click on the "+Create Map" symbol at the bottom to create a new map.
