Dreame Aqua 10 Ultra Roller - leaking water during self-cleaning

For a few days now, I havebeen in possession of a Dreame Aqua 10 Ultra Roller. Unfortunately, I have beenexperiencing several issues with the device since the beginning.

During the cleaning process,the appliance leaks water.

I've had this problem sincethe very first use. I noticed that water leaks out on the left side of thestation during the cleaning process. (see attachments)

In addition, the device constantly loses its Wi-Fi connection, despite being located right next to therouter.

I would appreciate hearingfrom the dream support team about how these issues.

This is really disappointing for a €1.500 device.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The dripping issue during cleaning may be due to dirty water on the roller brush not being extracted in time. You can refer to the video in the link below to clean the robot’s dirty water outlet.

At the same time, please remove the dirty water tank from the robot, wipe it clean, reinstall it, and make sure the sealing ring between the tank and the robot is properly connected.

Regarding the frequent Wi-Fi disconnection issue, we recommend checking whether too many devices are connected to your Wi-Fi network. An overloaded network may cause congestion and lead to disconnections.

You can also try creating a hotspot with one mobile phone and connecting another phone to that hotspot, then connect your robot to it to test the Wi-Fi connection. If the robot connects successfully to the hotspot, the issue may be related to your home Wi-Fi environment. Please try reconnecting using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
