[L10s Pro Ultra Heat] Dreame L10s Ultra Pro 2 – Not Mopping With Water

Hello everyone,

I have a Dreame L10s Ultra Pro 2, and I’ve noticed that it’s not mopping with water, even though:
        •        Both clean and dirty water tanks are full (and correctly placed)
        •        The water level in the clean tank is decreasing, which means the pump is running

However, the mops remain dry during cleaning, and it doesn’t seem to apply water on the floor.

I’ve already tried:
        •        Cleaning all nozzles and water outlets under the robot and in the base
        •        Checking the mop pads and the base plate for proper placement
        •        Restarting and resetting the robot through the app

The issue still persists.

Has anyone faced this before? Could it be a pump issue or a blockage inside the base station?
Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated.
