L50 Pro Ultra No hot water except when washing washboard

No matter my settings (hot, very hot, CleanGenius or not...) my L50 Pro Ultra never uses hot water to wash the mops. The heater works because when I start a washboard wash, I can feel the mops are hot.

The base station requires some time to heat cold water, and when cleaning the mop, it will first release some cold water before the hot water comes out.

The 75°C water temperature was measured under laboratory testing conditions. The specific water temperature is also related to the room temperature in your home. If the room temperature is lower, the water temperature may also be slightly cooler.

If you feel that the base station is still not using hot water, please use a professional instrument with a probe to test the water temperature at the water outlet to check whether the base station is producing hot water.
