Cannot connect to WiFi anymore

The robot became offline all of a sudden, and I couldn’t connect it to WiFi anymore. With hotspot from another phone it works. But it cannot find my home WiFi, which used to work.

Please try turning your router off and then on again, and refresh the application to see if the robot is online.

If your robot can connect to the hotspot successfully, the problem may be related to your Wi-Fi environment. Please try reconnecting using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Log in to your router, then go to "Wireless," then "Wireless MAC Address Filtering," and check for access restrictions or MAC address filtering. If any feature is enabled, please disable it and try again.
