Robot not charging while docked

My robot, for the second time since I bought it, is randomly not charging even while being docked. The first time, it was a month or so, and it stayed at 4% or 5% charge, or charging a shy of 10% in those days. Yesterday, the same thing happened in the morning: while it was doing its routine cleanup, it returned to its base because it had only 9% charge and couldn't finish. Today, it only charged up to 27% and resumed what was left from yesterday's task. Do you have the same issue ?

This may be caused by poor contact. We recommend cleaning the charging contacts on the robot and making sure there is no dirt or moisture residue on them, then checking whether this improves the situation.

I have tried this; it's still charging very slowly. I've been at 31% since yesterday.
