Its terribly stupid this robot
It dont clean regularly
It do whatever it want and dont finish cleaning correctly !!
And finally it goes the places you limit to not go like garden!!
Im really upset about buying this!

We are sincerely sorry for your experience and we fully understand your frustration with this type of behavior. This is obviously not the expected performance of the robot.

For this issue, we recommend that you wipe the sensors (camera) as well as the robot’s LDS module, and check whether the LDS can rotate normally.

Regarding the robot entering restricted areas, this may be related to a localization issue. Have you tried rebuilding the map?
