How to add basement and upper floor as separate maps

When I clean each floor I get a map but it asks if I want to replace or ignore. I don’t want to replace the ground fooor but rather add a -1 and a +1 floor how can I do that ?

You can use multi-floor cleaning.

1. Click "Map Editing" – "Multi-floor Map Management" – "Create Map" to complete map creation (see attached image).

2. Move the robot to the target floor without a charging dock, then start cleaning via the app or the robot's button.

3. During mopping, you can manually move the robot back to the charging dock to activate the mop cleaning function.

4. After all cleaning tasks are completed, the robot will return to the starting point. You can manually move it back to the charging dock to recharge.

Note: Before mopping, please clean the mop via the app or manually wet the mop.

If the robot moves back to the base station midway and then moves back to the original target floor within 15 minutes, it will continue working.

Some precautions for multi-floor cleaning:

1. The robot's initial mapping should start from the base station. When the robot returns after mapping is complete, the first map will be automatically saved.

2. When selecting "Multi-floor," the robot returns to the starting point after completing mapping or cleaning tasks on floors without a base station.

3. When selecting "Multi-floor," it is recommended to use "Smart Recognition" to switch maps (see attached image). *After saving the map, if the map or route is disorganized, or the robot exhibits any abnormal cleaning patterns, please delete the map, clean again, and remap the rooms.
