[X50 Ultra Complete] Camera monitoring

When I enable camera monitoring, I get the following error message (see screenshot).

The latest firmware and updates are installed.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure your Dreame app is updated to the latest version (Android 2.0.4 or iOS 2.03-585 or later).

2. Restart the robot and try again.

3. If the problem persists, please go to "My > Help & Feedback > Report Log" (see attached image) and provide the following information for our analysis:

(1) A screenshot of the problem, including the time it was recorded.

(2) The robot's serial number (SN) (found on the label on the bottom of the robot or on the charging dock; see attached image).

(3) Your Dreame account ID (in the app > "My" > "Account ID").

(4) The Dreame app version (in "My" > "About" > "Dreame").
