Getting A1 configured

I have difficulty in getting map configured.  System asks me to update software. But I do not manage to update. System asks me to get stronger wifi signal. But I am at max signal.

The firmware update requires a stable Wi‑Fi connection.If the update is very slow or fails, please try moving the A1 to an indoor location with strong Wi‑Fi coverage and attempt the update again.

Please note:

1.The A1 only supports 2.4 GHz networks or mixed 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz networks.

2. If the Wi‑Fi network in the new location is different from the one used during the initial setup, you can add the current Wi‑Fi network in the Network Management section of the app settings.If the device still cannot connect to Wi‑Fi, please remove the robot from the device list and set it up again.
